In the past 12 months, a total of 35 listings have sold in this price range, with only six active listings right now. This could be a good time for historic homeowners who have been considering selling to go ahead and get their property listed.
For properties over $1 million in price, the real estate market is quite different. With only eight sales in the past 12 months, and 25 active listings, historic homes in this price range could be looking at a lot of competition for few buyers.
